Who Can Use Fabaji

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Fabaji account. Maintaining multiple accounts is considered a breach of our rules. All associated accounts will be closed, balances will be confiscated, and future registration may be permanently banned.

KYC Verification

Fabaji may request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure security. For large withdrawals in particular, you may be required to submit a copy of your NID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is completed.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

• Bets placed after an event outcome has already been determined (late betting) will be considered void.
• Prizes will be forfeited if evidence of match fixing or use of insider information is found.

Dispute Resolution

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is for new members only — limited to one per mobile number.
• Bonus winnings typically require a 3x–10x wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal.

• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses (including arbitrage betting or bonus hunting) will be closed.
• Bonuses not used within the specified time limit will be automatically cancelled.

What happens to my balance if my account is closed?

If a violation is proven, the account balance may be forfeited. Balances will be frozen for the duration of any ongoing investigation. If no violation is found and the user requests account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the registered mobile banking account.
